Welcome to Be You Fine Jewels: By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these simple guidelines designed to make your shopping experience clear, secure, and enjoyable.
- The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
- Our invoices are payable within 7 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Be You Jewels reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Be You Jewels will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
- Crafting & Delivery Time: Because every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked just for you, please allow 15 to 18 days for your jewelry to be beautifully made and delivered to your doorstep.
- Transparent Refund Policy: We happily offer a buyback and return option where you will be refunded for the 92.5 silver amount, along with 80% of the invoiced value of the diamonds. To give you a clear idea, if your original invoice shows that the diamonds cost ₹20,000, your refund will include ₹16,000 for the diamonds, plus the value of the silver (i.e. 92.5% Silver).
- Clear Deductions: To keep our process fair and transparent, please note that making charges (labor), GST amount, certification fees, and initial delivery costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final return amount.
- Jewelry Care & Condition: To qualify for a return or buyback, we kindly ask that the jewelry is sent back in its original, undamaged condition, along with its authentic certificates and packaging.
- Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Be You Jewels become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Be You Jewels in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
- Be You Jewels undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Be You Jewels cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
- In order for it to be admissible, Be You Jewels must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by India law.
