  •  Exclusions: Customized items, Engraved pieces, Heavy-discount items.

  •  Return Shipping: Free for Defective items; otherwise deductible.

  •  Jeweler will go under Assessment and Quality Check. 

  • Lifetime Buyback Policy

  • Silver Vermeil Jewelry Buyback Value:

  • 92.5% of Current Silver value + 80% Lab Diamond value.

  • Deductions:

  • Making Charges & GST are non-refundable.

  • Certificate Charges are Deductible

  • Minimum processing Fee: ₹1,000 or 2%, whichever is Higher.

  • Any Discount/Promotion given will be deducted from Diamond Pricing.

  • Refund Mode: Bank transfer within 10–15 working days.
